How do I change or cancel my order?

Every purchase is a final sale. 

 

I received an email asking me for additional verification?

We may reach out to you for additional information such as a GPS location regarding your order. If the information we request is not received, the order will be canceled.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and includes the building number ,colour and street address.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1-2 BUSINESS days Monday – Saturday 10:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. before they are delivered. You will received a  notification when your delivery is on its way, at the time you will be given a delivery time frame to expect your package/s. If for some reason you change address. Please update a customer service representative via email or Whatsapp.

 

Family Island Customers Requesting Shipping are to state the Island you reside, Freight Forwarder of choice and the day of departure in the note section at checkout.

 

ADDRESS MODIFICATION

What if I input the wrong address?​

We will gladly modify your address.  You may email customer service within 30 minutes of placing your order to request a change of address. Otherwise, your order will be delivered to the address you provided. Please take your time at checkout.
